On Sunday, October 13, and Monday, October 14, 2019, Newburyport will be celebrating the beginning of autumn with food, live music, and artisan vendor booths. Welcome to the 18th annual Fall Harvest Festival!
The annual Scarecrow Contest is one of the Festival’s most anticipated events. Fun and unique scarecrows will be clinging to each downtown lamp post, each designed by individuals, families, or organizations, such as local sports teams, schools, clubs, churches, or businesses. People’s choice judging of the scarecrows will conclude on Monday at 2 pm.
