With all that goes into planning a wedding, managing a room block should be simple and stress-free. We are here to make sure your friends and loved ones are taken care of. What amenities do you offer?
Each room will have access to Wi-Fi, a private bathroom, telephone, hairdryer, Keurig coffee machine, cable TV.
Guests can enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast from 7:30a-10:30a in the main building.
Can guests make reservations online?
When rooms are reserved in a block, they will appear as “sold out” on our online reservations system. Guests are required to call the Inn directly by phone and reference the Wedding Room Block name to reserve a room.
Is the Essex Street Inn handicap accessible?
Yes, we offer a two room suite for guests requiring accessibility. However, we do not have elevators in any of the buildings.
Helpful Reminders
- Send “Save the Date” cards to let guests know you have rooms reserved at the Essex Street Inn.
- Drop off guest gift bags with names and room numbers 24 hours prior to guest arrival.
- Provide the front desk with a schedule of events so they may assist your guests. Include items such as time & location of ceremony and reception, rehearsal dinner, transportation pickup, etc.
Important Policy Information
When you reserve a block of rooms, your guests will need to call in and make their reservations directly, referencing the selected block name. Forty-five days before your arrival date, we will let you know how many rooms are still unclaimed. At that time, you may release the unclaimed rooms; if you decide to keep them reserved, they will be charged to you. Our 7-day cancellation policy does not apply to rooms held in a block.
On weekends between Memorial Day and October 31, a 2-night minimum stay is required. The Essex Street Inn cannot accommodate pets and is a non-smoking facility.
